‘Vishikhanupravesha’ – Graduation Ceremony 2024 was held on 31.8.2024 at Bhavaprakasha Auditorium of Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara College of Ayurveda, Hospital and Research Centre, Kuthpady, Udupi.
Dr. Mamatha K.V., Principal welcomed the gathering and mentioned that knowledge brings humility and advised students to be considerate and humble towards society.
Chief guest Dr. Niranjan Kumar, Vice Chancellor of Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara University, Dharwad, addressed the graduates, encouraging them to live fearlessly and congratulating both the graduates and their parents. He highlighted the importance of expressing gratitude to parents and teachers and stressed that any endeavor should have a clear purpose. He emphasized that love and effort lead to excellence and identified availability, ability, affability, and affordability as key factors for career success.
Dr. Satheeshchandra S, Secretary, SDM Education Society, Ujire, in his presidential address congratulating the graduates spoke that knowledge and skills are given by the institution and it is upto graduates to inculcate attitude and values to be a great doctor.
On this occasion best outgoing student award was given to Mr. Vinayaka Joish which was sponsored by Alumni Association of the institution. Dr. Ashok Kumar B.N, Dean PG and PhD studies and Dr.Rajneesh V Giri, Dean UG studies invited the scholars to receive their graduation certificates. Dr Shrilatha Kamath, Dean, Academics was present on the stage.
Dr. Veerakumara K, Dean administration, administered oath to 76 graduates and 48 Post- graduates and wished them success in their future endeavour.
